The name comes from Nord (north, direction) and the Latin -tis (strength). It reflects how we work: with clear direction, and the technical strength to get there.

Why we started.
We've all been on the receiving end of bad tech consulting — vague roadmaps, offshore teams with no accountability, and solutions built for demos rather than reality.
We started Nortis because we believed there was a better model: small, senior teams with genuine ownership over outcomes. No account managers. No hand-offs. Just people who care deeply about the work.
Every Nortis engagement is led directly by a founder or senior engineer. That's our commitment — and it's non-negotiable.
